About Me
After seven years and two adventurous crossings of the Pacific Ocean on a ten-meter yacht, I sailed into the Philippines in 2001, fell in love with the country, and became a landlubber. When not at my seaside home which I share with a menagerie of pets, I can usually be found in some other exotic part of the world with my camera. I’ve also lived in Tokyo, Paris, and Hawaii.
In this blog, I’ll mostly be writing about my life in the Philippines, but there will also be some travel and photography posts. I hope you enjoy…
India
You are certainly a gifted photographer. Please keep sharing.
Thank you so much!! That’s nice to hear…
Hi, It’s Jake from the Badladz. I’ve just discovered your site and am enjoying it very much. Wish you much Aloha!
Wow!! Hi Jake, so nice to hear from you — it’s been a long time. I hope all is well with you and your family. Wishing you all much Aloha from the Philippines…
India, I’m very happy to have stumbled across your blog today! I’m used to seeing western expats around the Philippines, but I have met very, very few women. It’s comforting to hear a woman’s perspective, which I am now finding there is no shortage of on the internet! I look forward to reading more of your stories and looking at your photos.
Thank you so much, Caroline! I’ve just had a look at your very interesting blog. I admire that you are diving into this expat experience — which is not as easy as some might think. I definitely look forward to reading more of your posts!!
